This blog is dedicated to the first restaurant I ever ate in that left me clutching the plate and whimpering for more. Up until that point. I'd never had such a visceral reaction to food. But now I knew... food done well can trigger the same endorphin rush as really good sex.
So this blog is dedicated to The Witchery By the Castle in Edinburgh, Scotland - the UK's best kept culinary secret.
